世界上最小的马桶

客户发来一个搞笑邮件，附件是一幅扫描电子显微镜拍摄的照片，显示的是集成电路铝条的缺陷。 这个缺陷的外形看起来恰似一个马桶。邮件正文则是这么写的：

新闻快报： 据悉中芯国际集成电路制造（上海）有限公司利用目前先进的0.13微米制造工艺制造 出目前世界上最小的马桶。电镜扫描显示其尺寸小于0.2微米。

相关研发部门表示，公司投巨资制造如此精细的马桶， 意在向客户展示中芯卓越的技术能力，精良的装备水平，吸引更多的客户群体向中芯投单。
